Eligibility
Because our services involve reserved consulting time and custom analysis, refund terms depend on work completed. A full refund is available for prepaid engagements cancelled before work begins, less non-refundable third-party costs expressly approved by you.
Partial refunds and non-refundable work
After work begins, any refund is limited to prepaid fees for unperformed work. Completed workshops, analysis, audits and delivered materials are non-refundable. Deposits used to reserve project capacity may be non-refundable when stated in the proposal. Purchased tools, data access or other client-approved external costs cannot be refunded once incurred.
Cancellation and rescheduling
You may reschedule a workshop or meeting without charge with at least two business days’ notice. Later changes and no-shows may be charged for the reserved session because that capacity cannot normally be reassigned. If we cancel and cannot offer a suitable new time, fees paid for the affected work will be refunded.
Request process
Email hello@engine-linkhub.digital with the engagement name, invoice number, reason and preferred contact details. Request refunds within 14 days of cancellation or the issue giving rise to the request.
Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days, although financial institutions may take longer to display them. Statutory consumer rights and exceptions required by law always apply.
